Starter is $999, Growth is $1,499 and Pro starts at $2,499, all in CAD. Every project gets a fixed price before we start, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
Yes. First Store is $300 CAD, for new businesses that haven't started selling yet. We set up a simple, clean Shopify store with your logo, colours and fonts, add your first three products, and get payments, shipping and your domain working. It doesn't include what Starter adds: a design styled to your brand, a round of changes, Google search setup and launch day support. You send us your photos and text before we start, and pay upfront. If you move up to Growth or Pro within six months of opening, the $300 you paid counts toward it, so Growth would cost $1,199 instead of $1,499. That is money off the bigger package, not a refund.
No. Your Shopify plan, your domain, and any premium theme or paid app are billed to you directly by those providers. We tell you before adding anything with a fee attached.
It depends mostly on how ready your products, photos and branding are. Your store plan includes a fixed launch date before anything starts, and in our experience the wait is usually on content, not on the build.
It helps, but it is not a blocker. We can start the design while you gather photos and descriptions, and we give you a simple checklist so you know exactly what to send.
Yes. Redesigns usually fit Growth or Pro depending on catalogue size and what needs to change. Your products, orders and customers stay where they are.
Yes. Moving products and content from Squarespace, Wix, WooCommerce or a custom site is quoted under Pro once we have seen the current site.
Yes. Growth and Pro include the Meta Pixel and the Facebook and Instagram sales channel where Shopify supports it, so you can tag products and run ads from launch.
Completely. If you already have a Shopify account, we work inside it and remove our access when we're done, unless you keep us on. If you don't have one yet, we set the store up and put it fully in your name when we hand it over. Either way the store, domain, content and customer data are yours.
You get a walkthrough of your own store and the support period in your package. If you would rather not run it yourself, store care is $149 CAD a month: we make your changes, check that everything still works and send you a short note on how the store is doing. It runs month to month and you can cancel anytime.
Only the ones every Shopify store has: the Shopify subscription, a domain, and optionally a premium theme or paid apps. None of these are hidden inside our price and none are required to launch.
